All prices shown are starting prices, based on our standard products and typical installation conditions. Your final price depends on the products and materials you choose and any customization. You'll get a detailed written quote to approve before any work begins.
Not covered by any package
These need a specialist, a licence or different equipment, so they're never part of a package price:
- Hazardous materials: paint, solvents, pool chemicals, propane, gasoline and motor oil. We list them and point you to your county's household hazardous waste days
- Hardwired electrical work, which needs a licensed electrician
- Structural repairs, garage doors and openers
- Pest infestations, mold and water damage
- Moving or working on vehicles
- Hoarding situations or estate clean-outs well beyond a garage's contents (quoted separately)
If we spot any of these at the design visit, we tell you before you book and point you to the right specialist.

A full-size pickup bed holds about 2–3 cubic yards. Over the allowance, it's $50 per cubic yard, agreed with you before we load it.
At our disposal cost
Recyclers and transfer stations charge extra for these, so we pass on exactly what they charge us:
- Tires
- Mattresses and box springs
- Fridges, freezers and dehumidifiers (appliances with refrigerant)
- TVs, computers and other electronics, which New Jersey requires to be recycled
Never hauled
Paint, solvents, pool chemicals, propane tanks, gasoline, motor oil and other hazardous materials.
We set them aside safely, list them for you and point you to your county's household hazardous waste collection days.
