Privacy Policy

Elite Garage Makeovers ("we", "us") is a garage makeover company based in New Jersey, serving the Tri-State Area. This policy covers this website, the quote form, the price calculator and the client portal.

• Quote requests: your name, company, email, phone, service address, the service you want and anything you tell us about the job.
• Your client portal: your account details, addresses and access notes (like a gate or garage door code), notes about your garage, bookings, invoices, messages, ratings and comments.
• Photos: before-and-after photos our crew takes of your garage at each job, and any photos you upload.
• Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe. We see that an invoice was paid, but never your full card number. For cash and check payments we note the method and check number.
• Technical: your browser keeps you signed in to the portal and remembers small preferences.
• Advertising: this site uses Google's ad tag (Google Ads). It sets cookies that tell us when someone who clicked one of our ads goes on to request a quote, and it may let Google show our ads to people who have visited this site. It doesn't send Google your name, contact details or anything you write in the quote form.

• To quote, schedule, do, invoice and take payment for the work you ask for.
• To send emails about your service: quotes, bookings and changes, invoices, receipts, replies to your messages and job-complete notices.
• To show you, and keep a record of, what was done at each job (checklists and photos), and to fix anything that was missed.
• To keep the site and portal secure and working.

Photos are stored privately in your client portal, organized by job. Only you and our team can see them. They're our record of the work and help us handle any question about a job.

We never use photos of your garage or home in marketing without your written permission.

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, and only what they need:

• our website and database host, which stores your account, bookings and photos;
• our email provider, which delivers the emails we send you;
• Stripe, which processes card payments;
• Google, through the ad tag described above: which pages of this site were visited and whether a quote was requested, never what's in your quote or your portal.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our customers, staff or business.

We keep your account, bookings, invoices and photos while you're a client and for as long as we need them for our records, taxes and any question about past work. Quote requests that don't become bookings are kept for follow-up and then deleted on request.

You can see and update most of your details in your client portal. To get a copy of your information, correct something you can't change yourself, or ask us to delete your account and photos, email support@elitegaragemakeovers.com. We may keep what we must for our records, such as paid invoices.

Service emails come with your bookings and invoices, so they can't be turned off while you're a client. We don't send marketing emails.

To turn off ads based on your visits, use Google's ad settings, or block third-party cookies in your browser. The site works the same either way.

Your portal is private to you: each client can see only their own information, photos are stored privately, and card details stay with Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your password to yourself and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.

Our services and this site are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
